HOW WE RUN IT

Fair Play Across Every Poker Room

Certified Deck Shuffles

Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live tables use physical decks shuffled on camera before each shoe. The shuffle process is visible in the stream — no hidden mechanic, no digital substitution.

Studio-Side Audits

Both studios are independently audited by recognised third-party testing labs. Those audit certificates belong to the providers; we carry their verified game builds without modification.

Session Logging

Every bet, every card dealt and every payout in our Live Poker Channel is stored at session level. If you or our support team ever need to review a hand, the full record is there.

Streamed Transparency

Multi-camera HD streams mean the dealer's hands and the full table are visible throughout. You see exactly what happens — there is no off-screen action on any of our live poker tables.

7888x Inside Our Live Poker Channel Lobby

Inside Our Live Poker Channel Lobby

Our Live Poker Channel brings together tables from Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live — two studios that set the pace for streamed card games globally. You'll find Casino Hold'em, Three Card Poker and Ultimate Texas Hold'em across multiple stake levels, so whether you're opening with a cautious hand or pressing at higher limits, there's a seat that fits. Each table runs a

certified random shuffle on the physical deck you can watch on screen. Dealers call every card out loud, and multi-camera angles let you track the full table state. Switch between rooms without reloading — the lobby holds your position.

POKER HELP PATHS

Support While You're at the Table

Team online

Live Chat During Play

If a hand freezes or a bet doesn't register, open live chat directly from the poker room. Our team can check your session log and flag the hand for review without you leaving the table.

Account Wallet Check

If your JazzCash, Easypaisa or Raast deposit hasn't reflected before a session, our support team can trace the transaction reference and confirm credit to your account wallet in real time.

Game History Access

Every live poker hand you play is logged in your account history. If you spot a discrepancy in a payout, raise it through the support channel with the hand ID and we'll pull the dealer-side record.

Live Poker Channel Glossary

What is Casino Hold'em?

Casino Hold'em is a live poker variant where you play against the dealer, not other players. You and the dealer each build a five-card hand from shared community cards and two hole cards.

What does 'ante' mean in live poker?

An ante is a mandatory opening bet placed before cards are dealt. It sets the minimum stake for that hand and confirms your seat at the table for that round.

What is a 'shoe' in live poker?

A shoe is the card-dispensing device that holds multiple decks. Dealers draw cards from it during play; when the shoe runs low, a fresh shuffle is done on camera.

What does RTP mean on live poker tables?

RTP (Return to Player) is the theoretical percentage of total bets a game pays back over time. For live poker, RTP is shown only where the studio or provider publishes it for that specific variant.

What is a 'side bet' in Three Card Poker?

A side bet is an optional wager placed alongside your main hand bet. In Three Card Poker, common side bets pay separately based on your card combination, independent of whether you beat the dealer.

What does 'fold' mean at a live poker table?

To fold is to surrender your hand and forfeit your ante rather than continue against the dealer. You lose the ante stake but avoid committing a larger call bet on a weak hand.

Tables run across multiple stake levels. Specific minimums and maximums are displayed on the table thumbnail in the lobby before you sit — check the table info panel for the current limits.

Your bet remains active even if the stream disconnects. When you reconnect, the hand result is resolved and the outcome reflects in your account history. Contact live chat with your hand ID if anything looks off.
